Workout 1
The August heat is everywhere
which makes warming up minimal.
Me and my introverted friend got
right to it in the hot garage gym.
No music. Little talk. Just the way we like it.
I was coming off a rest day
and I felt like taking a bite out of the earth
which meant it was a good day to train legs.
Leg Extension
1 warm up set then 15,12,10
Leg Curl
1 warm up set then 15,12,10
Leg Press
1 warm up set then 3x15
Hack Squat
1 warm up set then 3x10
Seated Calf Raise
1 warm up set then 3x10
Standing Barbell Calf Raise
1 Warm up set then 3x10
Crunches supersetted with reverse crunches
2x25 (each)
I did a 30 minute evening walk for cardio.
