Since my boy was born about two weeks ago, I've had to switch my training to the early evenings. My body has responded like a dry sponge soaking up water. Perhaps my body temperature in the early evening is more conducive for a more intense workout? Whatever the case, my last few workouts have been superb - a feeling with few rivals.
